8. Press Coffee
The Press coffeehouse chain has grown into a local institution since it first opened in 2008.

Daniel Wayne began his journey in coffee with a 6-foot espresso cart in front of the Hub Building.

Matt’s Big Breakfast opened up shop in the Valley in 2009, and since then, it has been serving coffee drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and breakfast burritos.
