They opened Ceremony Coffee Roasters in December 2016.

The couple works together to roast every batch of beans themselves, and they use local ingredients whenever possible. They even grow many of their own herbs and produce.

Most of their menu items are designed to pair well with their coffees, including sandwiches, salads, flatbread pizzas, soups, and desserts.

2. Bird In Hand Cafe Bookshop

Bird in Hand Café is located in Charles Village off of Light Street in Baltimore, Maryland.

This café offers a wide variety of food options including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. 

Their menu includes items such as soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wraps, burgers, tacos, quesadillas, and much more. They even have gluten-free options. 

They are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.
