The owner of Spaddy’s Coffee Company, Mike Spadaro, opened his shop in 2011.
He wanted a place where he could serve up high-quality espresso drinks and sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients.
Mike had been working out of a small cafe in downtown St Petersburg for several years prior to opening Spaddy’s.
In addition to serving great coffee, Spaddy’s offers a variety of specialty drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, smoothies and shakes.

The owners of Ginger Beard Coffee Roasters are no strangers to the coffee game.

The Blind Tiger Cafe is located inside the historic Hotel Florida building, and it offers some of the best coffee around.
